30 Days Money Back

All of 3rd Rock Hosting's Shared and reseller plans come with a 30 day money back guarantee. If for any reason you are unhappy with our services with in those 30 days, you are entitled to a FULL refund. This allows you to give us a try with no risks involved! If we do not meet your requirements you can have your money back, simple as that, no questions asked.
The only time you would NOT be entitled to the 30 day money back guarantee is if you breach the terms and conditions put into place by 3rd Rock Hosting or you have fully exhausted your allowed resources. We do however, reserve the right to refuse a refund for any reason we see fit. If we believe you are trying to abuse the system then we will not refund you.
99% Uptime or Next Month Free
If, for any reason other than scheduled downtime, our uptime for the end of the current month is LESS than 99%, we will provide you with the next month free!
So, if in January we have 98.9% or less uptime, the month of february will be FREE! The same apply's to february and march, and so on.
However, this does NOT include scheduled downtime. Any scheduled downtime will be added back on to that months uptime, if the final percentage is still less than 99%, the offer is still valid.
24/7 Support or your money back*
3rd Rock Hosting promise to provide you with 24/7 support, if we do not provide you with a service inside of our guidelines, we will refund you a percentage of that months bill.
Our guidelines are as follows:
- Sales Tickets to be replied to within 12 hours.
- Support Tickets to be replied to within 120 minutes and resolved within 48 Hours.
- Emails to be replied to within 120 minutes.
- Live support and/or MSN support to be online whenever possible.
- Staff are to reply in a polite and professional manner.
If ever we do not meet these guide lines we will refund you a percentage of your months payment. Refunds are as follows:
Shared hosting - 10%
Reseller Hosting/Master Reseller Hosting - 25%
Refunds do not include non-refundable items such as: Setup fees, dedicated ips/name servers, domain names, additional hardware/upgrades etc
We reserve the right to refuse a refund for any reason.
